It shall be unlawful for any person to park or otherwise leave a trailer that is not properly connected to a registered vehicle on any public way overnight. Additionally, no person shall occupy a trailer or recreational vehicle overnight while parked on a public way. Violations of this section shall be punishable by a fine of $200.00 for each 24-hour period in which a violation occurs, and such vehicles shall be subject to towing; or to take any other action relative thereto.
