54:25ARTICLE TWENTY-SEVEN To see if the town will vote to amend the Zoning bylaws of the town chapter 300 Article VII (Zoning board of Appeals) §300-30 (appointment, terms of office) by inserting the text shown in bold and deleting the text shown in strike through as follows Town Manager Board of Selectmen shall appoint a Zoning board of Appeals consisting of five (5) members and two (2) associate members, each to a term of five (5) years each to a term of three (3) years. Vacancies shall bel filled for the unexpired term by the Town Manager Board of Selectmen. The Zoning board of Appeals (ZBA) shall annually, elect a chairperson and a clerk from its membership or take action relative to.
